Therapeutic Massage

Sports Therapy sessions specific to injury or training for injury prevention.

Student Therapy Appt

Massage given during pregnancy - extra time may be spent on propping or positioning the client as the baby grows.

Pregnancy

These sessions will be used for post-surgical massage therapy. This work will help you recover more easily, faster, and with less pain.  We will discuss self-help options for you to use between sessions.

Post Surgical Rehab

Through kinesiology and muscle testing, the client will be assessed for allergies/intollerances and one treatment may occur.

Initial Treatment

The client will be assessed, previous treatments will be retested, and new allergens will be tested; treatments may be administered during this appointment.

Follow-up NAET Treatment

Reiki is the life energy that flows through all living things. Reiki is a healing technique that is used with light hands-on or no hands and working above the body.  Reiki breaks up energy blockages in the body.

Reiki Sessions

This is a self-care session.  We will review your symptoms and work on a self-care program until we can see each other again.

Virtual Session

This is a clinic to teach injury prevention to all marching band student members.
$5 per student

Marching Band Clinic

This is a clinic to teach participants how to stay healthy doing whatever activity they may be doing.  We will also discuss activity-related injuries and how to rehabilitate at home.
There are demonstrations as well as group participation..
Each person will leave with a large amount of information on injury prevention and self-care.
